We are looking for self-motivated and team playing event associates to join our team for our day-of set up of our events. Events set ups and pick ups varies throughout the week, so flexibility is required.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Prep Inventory prior to the events.
- Clean and sanitizing inventory.
- Assist event designer with decor set up and break down.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must have weekend availability.

We are looking for a coordinator assistant who will be responsible for developing, soliciting and managing our events.
-Job Description
- Assist with planning event details including but not limited to: floor plans, menus, decor, scheduling, staffing and ordering.
- Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly.
- Assist with maintaining costs within proposed budgets.
- Assist with managing all aspects of event production.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors.
- Assist in marketing strategies to develop promotions and advertisements.
Required:
- Associate degree + 2 years Administrative Assistant Experience
